Best Practices Chapter Toolbox – Treasurer Role Discussion

Northeast Region chapter treasurers met on Zoom to discuss common questions and explore the use of the treasurer spreadsheets downloadable from IPMS USA Chapter Toolbox.

The one-hour YouTube discussion seeks to answer common questions that include tracking chapter revenue, recording expenses, tax considerations, venue insurance requirements, and going cashless.

Treasurer Spreadsheets

John Figueroa, the Director of Local Chapters, has collected suggestions from chapters on their best practices. Chapters can adopt these practices as is. In no way are these practices meant to be a directive from IPMS/USA.

The attached Best Practice is a spreadsheet giving chapter treasurers ways to track revenue and expenses. A member listing spreadsheet is also included.
