Submitted events are subject to review and approval by the IPMS/USA Director of Local Chapters and will not appear in the calendar until approved.
Emails will be automatically generated and sent to the Event Chairperson's and Submitter's email addresses after the event is submitted and again after it is approved. Please ensure these email address are correct.
NEW: To obtain insurance coverage for your event you MUST fill out the information in the appropriate fields. Please be sure that the insured party’s official designation is provided. For example, if your host is a local school, it may be the school district, not the name of the school itself.
All insurance requests are now handled by the Director of Local Chapters. Please send any questions about event insurance to dlc@ipmsusa.org.
