Create Event

Please complete the following form - required fields are marked with a red asterisk.

Submitted events are subject to review and approval by the IPMS/USA Director of Local Chapters and will not appear in the calendar until approved.

Emails will be automatically generated and sent to the Event Chairperson's and Submitter's email addresses after the event is submitted and again after it is approved. Please ensure these email address are correct.

To have your event advertised in the IPMS/USA Journal, please download the submission guidelines (PDF file, 350KB).

NEW: To obtain insurance coverage for your event you MUST fill out the information in the appropriate fields. Please be sure that the insured party’s official designation is provided. For example, if your host is a local school, it may be the school district, not the name of the school itself.

All insurance requests are now handled by the Director of Local Chapters. Please send any questions about event insurance to dlc@ipmsusa.org.

This field is optional - if you cannot enter the hosting Chapter, it will be added later.

Enter part or all of the name of an IPMS/USA Chapter hosting the event. This field auto completes - using part of the name will bring up a list of Chapter names. You can add additional Chapters by clicking the 'Add another item' button.

Enter the location of the event.

Enter the contest Chairperson's name.

Submitter Information
Enter the submitter's name.

Upload an attachment such as an Event flyer.
