Call to Order

The meeting was called to order on June 22nd, 2025 at 7:00pm EST by Phil Peterson.

Roundtable/Action Item Updates

PP – Gave an update on the Rocky Mountain Hobby Expo he attended.

JN – Working on the Industry Appreciation Dinner as well as the 60th Anniversary Giveaway still.

SH – Special Edition Convention Journal issue has been sent to RA for finalizing. Convention banners are in production and should be done on time. Planning for 2026 is going well.

RA – Working with SH to get the convention journal finished and to the printer next week. Journal should be caught up at this point and articles continue to come in. Working with the crew to prepare for production of the National Convention issue.

BD – National and Regional Achievement awards selected and sent to PP and JN. Chapter Leadership Social has been planned. Four chapters did not renew by the May 31st deadline and will be removed from the active Chapter list. Has received notice that someone is interested in starting a new chapter and has reached out to them with information on how to form a new chapter.

JT – Nothing new to report, getting minutes typed up for review and posting, and answering emails. May not be able to make next months meeting.
